Packages and Costs

Property Staging Packages

Our Property Staging packages start from as little as $1900 for an experienced interior designer to oversee all aspects of staging your home. As each property is very different and has different needs, call us today for a FREE 20 minute in-house consultation and we will discuss your requirements.

DIY Property Staging Package

This is a great option for those who don’t have the budget for a property stylist or you already have an eye for design but would just like that extra peace of mind that advice from a professional can bring. This is a 3 hour in-house consultation where a qualified designer goes through the house with you, room by room, advising on how best to stage your property for maximum results. We will tell you what to avoid spending money on and help you capitalise on your existing furniture and accessories. Our designer will provide hands-on assistance where possible, but definitely keep a pen and paper handy to make notes!  This service also includes advice on decluttering, furniture layout, styling, staging and very importantly, street appeal.

Cost: $350 for 3 hours and $95 per hour thereafter. 

DIY and Personal Shopper

This option is as per the standard DIY Package, but includes purchasing accessories and soft furnishings to use in styling and/or to keep for your new home. This is a task that can be very daunting and extremely time consuming, especially if you do not know where to go or if you suffer from last minute doubts at the checkout - not a good combination when trying to sell a house!

Luckily, we can do this all for you.  Firstly, we complete the DIY consultation and then create a list of everything you need to complete the look. We will then work within your budget and purchase all items on your behalf and complete the staging with the items we purchased.

Cost: $350 for the DIY consultation

Sourcing and Purchasing - $80 per hour (a budget can be set for this)

Styling & Staging after purchasing - $95 per hour

Free Initial Consultation

A qualified property stylist will meet with you, establish your goals, assess the property and discuss the process of moving forward.

We create an obligation free proposal with costs and if you approve then the research and design process starts.

Research, Strategy & Design

We do market research on houses in the area, then create a strategy based on the scope of the work, the target market and budget. Once established, we compile the design.

Follow-up Meeting and Sign-off

A follow-up meeting will include a presentation of our suggestions and if you agree and would like to move forward, we will sign-off on the design.

Preperation & Installation

A work schedule for the preparation and installation will be supplied to you and work commences on the project.

Photographing

We will accompany a professional photographer to ensure that your home is perfect so that you get the best possible photographs for your marketing campaign.

Go To Market

From there, we hand over to the real estate agent to sell your property. Good Luck!

How does property staging work?

My Interior Stylist will make recommendations for improvements to be made prior to taking your house to the market and will continue to work with you right up until your house is sold. These improvements range anywhere from small renovations to consider, such as repainting to styling, furniture lay-out and an overlook and feel, focussed to your target market.

Rental periods are 4 weeks plus an additional extra 2 weeks, FREE if you need it.

Where possible we always try and use as much of the clients furniture to try and reduce cost
